Great place to work. Would continue to work there if the social climate was different. I would tell anybody that D&B is great to their people. I have nothing bad to say.

While it’s a great place to work, the pay is terrible.
Been working here almost two years and have been promised a raise 3 different times yet management can’t be bothered.
You truly feel unvalued when you do so much for very little pay.

Not being managed well
There's favoritism there, give u hours u r not available for, and too much workers on drugs and drinking while working. It's not my type of scenery. I will not work there any longer.

It should probably say a lot that they haven't taken down the giant "now hiring" banner in at least 6 years...
I hired in as a full time game technician and 6 months later they decided everyone in the building, with the exception of maybe 10 people or so, is now a part time worker getting no more than 28 hours a week. Constant cost cutting after that meant daily labor was the first thing to go when the building wasn't pulling enough money for the day. So it shouldn't be a big surprise that this led to employees that didn't really care about keeping the job they worked at maybe 1-2 days a week. At that point they would seemingly hire anyone that would simply show up.
For being a building that was roughly 50% one giant arcade, none of the managers seemed to have any idea what anyone on the arcade side of employees did or had to do on a daily basis, yet somehow the restaurant side always seemed like even more of a disaster.
Do not recommend any position unless you're looking to make some quick serving money during their busy season... if that's even a thing anymore.

Felt like a family and had a great atmosphere before new management went into effect.
Employees were very close, practically family like. The job also had it's rushes and high demand for a multitasking mentality, especially on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Management needed some work at my location but a good company all and all to work for.

Best Job I had!
I absolutely loved working for D&B. Not only did I work for the best management team, the work environment was always so much fun! It's a very high energy, fast paced, at times a bit overwhelming kind of job but very rewarding and compensation makes it worth. For the industry wages are very competitive and you have the option for benefits. D&B provides family entertainment for all ages and is always adjusting to accommodate the latest and greatest foods and games. I would 100% recommend D&B to anyone!!

Great work place bad management
working at dave and busters was fun and I had a great time with the employees. they gave us movie tickets and really showed
there appreciation. i l learned a lot from working there like how to bartend. i will carry those skills with me forever.

Upbeat and fun workplace with high standards for excellence
Team work and being able to work in a fast paced environment with a smile are key values to this company. Work environment is fun, energetic, and lively. Managers keep employees on their toes and expect nothing less than the best from everyone. Best company I have worked for in years.

Great Staff Management needs help
Been with the company for 8 years this month and i am still waiting to be promoted to management. Clients can be difficult and managment staff never around.
