Working for DTNA has been a very rewarding experience-all 22 years.
My positions held in DTNA have all provided challenges for personal and professional growth. I have made many strong relationships both personal and professional. My technical knowledge has increased significantly along with the development of many diverse but tangible skills. My love is for hands on opportunities to improve daily processes and flow through the use of information and logic.

it was a easy job but run by people that had no idea what they were doing and made everyones jobs much harder than what they were
management needed more training on how the operation actually runs instead of taking their best guess then blaming the employees for the failures that happened

benefits and pay were good, but coworkers are cold and cut throat and will throw you under the bus for their own enjoyment. Management is clueless in how shipping and warehouse should work and the union is in bed with the company making the good ol boy system worse

Management was great, most co-workers were willing to help each other.
I operated punch presses, worked as a material handler, worked as a helper too.
Was given the opportunity to work through out the plant.
Nothing was to hard about the job.

Great company
Overall a great company. Many departments to move and work in as long as you put in the time to build your relationships. Great work-life balance and if need to, can work remotely as long as it's approved by your manager.
