The Solution Architect - Costco Logistics is responsible for the overall architecture design for the Costco Logistics HighJump system. The successful candidate will work closely with end-users, Product Owners and Software Developers to evaluate business requirements, and develop the solutions that accurately produce the results required.

ROLE
Develops within the HighJump platform utilizing Advantage Architect, WebWise Page Editor and PL/SQL.
Serves as the escalation point during incident resolution.
Provides overall responsibility and oversight of the solution architecture for all facets of the Costco Logistics HighJump implementation.
Collaborates with area specific Solution Architects (Outbound, Receiving, Order Intake/Tracking).
Designs to the Costco Security and Application standards.
Ensures all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
Works closely with Business Analysts and operations to drive the proper solution.
Ensures developers are following the architected solution during development cycles.
Stays up to date on new HighJump releases and recommends when to upgrade.
Provides technical guidance to other Solutions Architects and Developers as required.
Assists in production issues, assists in performing root cause analysis and provides solutions to ensure non-recurrence of issues.
Performs code reviews.
Creates process flow designs, key design decision documents and technical/functional reference guides.
Works independently without guidance while leading a team.
REQUIRED
5+ years’ of HighJump Implementation experience.
5+ years’ of T-SQL experience.
SQL Service Broker / JSON expertise.
Experience designing and developing using HighJump/Korber product suite(Webwise Page Editor/ Advantage Architect).
Proficient with relational database development using SQL Server/Oracle with primary focus on performance tuning).
Solid experience integrating HighJump with other 3rd party systems.
Experience with REST Web Services/API calls is a bonus.
Knowledge in Clustering/Load Balancing.
Recommended
Working knowledge of any Git/Github/Jenkins/Azure DevOps is a bonus.
Experience in an Agile development methodology.
