Good Company to work for.
Enjoyed working there for such a short time period due to world pandemic. Was furloughed though due to lack of incoming projects. Personnel really seems to care about fellow employees.

Oversaw application of RTV (rubber) to metal components.
Oversaw application of RTV (rubber) to metal components. Collaboratively worked with Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality Engineers, and Floor Mechanics. Ensured that the process was followed and updated while adhering to strict quality manufacturing Metrics (involving material & energy usage).

Bad Leadership
Terrible Leadership - specifically at the Peoria, IL location. Find work elseware, if at all possible. I hear the rest of the company isn't too terrible, but that doesn't apply here.

This place if good to work if Management retain their experienced people
I have worked in CYIENT since 2010 and love doing my job. But the only problem is there is no work life balance and this company seems to have no interest in retaining experienced people.
Management is too bad.

Okay place to start
Don't get stuck here. Its a good place to get your feet wet in the industry, but with little room for growth and insignificant raises, its not a place to be at long term.

It was ok to begin with but not now
Our work has gotten down to almost nothing. Our local manager does a good job. The job used to be enjoyable when we stayed busy. There were times when we worked as much as 60 to 70 hrs, per week, sometimes all night. We always delivered projects on time or ahead of time. We never heard any thanks or compliments.
ConsNo benefits

I worked under contract for another company
The company I worked for was wonderful...but it was cut short, unfortunately. It was an aerospace company and the people were great for the most part. I have nothing evil to say. We were always off on the holidays and if we wanted to work any OT during the holidays? Most times we worked it when it became available.
There was a lot of travel so I was gone 35% of the time. otherwise it was great, so was my pay check due to the O/T during my travel!!!
ProsWork was good, ..great pace, Lots of O/T...
ConsIf you don't like to travel, then this would not be the job for you. Other wise, LOTS of O/T and GREAT MONEY in YOUR POCKET!!!

Good place to work, for a limited period of time.
Freedom of working on our own style, if we take responsibility to the targets. No micro management by the superiors. Training and knowledge enhancement opportunities are limited.

Miss sell jobs
Unprofessional experience. The job specification could not have been further from the actual role. Was stated to be a GIS technician when the use of GIS was less than 5%.
