You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, email and other channels. The ideal candidate must have experience working directly with clients or their teams at all levels of an organization.
Duties
Customer specialists are responsible for assisting customers with their needs. They will be responsible for managing many external aspects of our business, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, responding to emails and ordering products. The person in this position is also responsible for maintaining accurate records on orders received from clients as well as supporting them during any other phases of the process. The person in this role must have an ability to work independently under pressure and work within tight deadline constraints.
Detailed job duties include:
- Assist customers as they order and receive high-quality products.
- Assist in the development of new product offerings for our customers through direct sales support or other channels as needed
- Provide technical assistance with all aspects of order processing, inventory management, billing, shipping, etc.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers (eg, vendors) to support them throughout their journey, from initial contact to completion.
- Maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers via phone calls, emails and social media.
Qualification
- Must be able to work in an office environment
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies, processes, tools and procedures
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience is preferred
