Low pay
Low pay for what is expected. No support is given by upper mgmt. Promotions based on favoritism not ability. The one good thing for me was flexible hours. Not all had that option though.

I like what I did
It was a Contract position running Operations in Columbus and Cambridge, Ohio. Flexible work hours and good pay, but I moved to Florida and was not able to be onsite.

21 year career
I worked from bottom to management with this company.. if you worked hard and did your best the company supported you in advancement and trying to help you strive to be better.

No job advancement
An average place to work. Not happy working for them. No job advancement unless you work for CRST headquarters. Don't care about there employee's. Only the bottom dollar.

Good company to work for
Good company to work for if you're starting out but you have to put in the work to get what you want out of it in the end I ended up becoming an owner-operator making great money and ended up quitting the company not due to the company but just got tired being on the road all the time

Great jumping off point to help learn professional environment
I have learned a lot in my first year at CRST STI.
I am thankful for the opportunity to learn and grow. Management likes to micromanage rather than giving everyone the autonomy to make their own decisions. The hardest part of the job is dealing with the customers and the account expectations.
ProsCoworkers
ConsShort breaks, micromanage

The opportunities are really good, and a good working environment
I started as a regular warehouse worker, then rise up to a warehouse lead, over the years, I was given the opportunity to become a warehouse supervisor for days and evening shift. I work for the company, with the best of my ability, and work according to company procedures and guidelines.

not for everyone
Very stressful lifestyle as you are going 24 hrs a day for long periods of time. Hazards of the road and job are also very rough. pay is good and benefits are avail if you stay long enough but I did not find the ends to exceed the means.
