A day at c3
A average day at c3 or cox communications was completely garbage. Only benefit is when Denise Mize worked there, as a supervisor. She went above and beyond for her employees. But the other management slept with coworkers, didn't do their jobs. I often walked into the floor and they were often slacking off flirting with other employees. The only way you go up I. The company is if you practically live there. And don't say no. The site coordinator also chose favorites and people she didn't like she would falsely accuse of a crime done and Mark them not rehireable without investigating the issue at hand. HandThemployees are usually nice and willing to help each other. Just the management needs help.

Best job I’ve ever had
The ability to grow with this company is amazing. The pay is great. Management is top tier. I’ve worked here for some years now and I don’t see myself leaving. The most I’d do is work corporate instead. I highly recommend. I honestly have no complaints, besides now that we work from home we don’t get the game rooms or fun as before, but it’s still an amazing job virtually.
ProsFree food, swag, games and daily incentives.

Great company
Great company and co-workers. Cox tries very hard to keep up with all latest technologies and marketing strategies to offer customers. Auto industry is ever changing and fast paced. In a very competitive arena, Cox keeps right up and is ever changing.

Good pay, hard work
Good pay (37k-50k), ok training, some supervisors make the job more difficult, angry customers, hard work. Good benefits, dont question the company if you wanna work there. Great discount on tv and internet services.

I worked with Cox for 34 years. I loved my job, duties, and the co-workers I associated with. My management was terrific. Opportunities were available. I have no regrets.
I just wished they hadn't eliminated my Dept. Oh well.

Enjoyed my work until our entire department was replaced by sub contractors in 2012
I enjoyed interacting with my contacts nationwide when I would be able to sell scrap metal, and older model converters. I also enjoyed working on my cycle counts and inventories monthly and yearly with my team.
