They don't care about you.
They will work you to the bone with terrible pay. Very quick turn over rate because no one wants to work for them. You will be in your car driving all over with little compensation for it, job sites are spread all over.

Learned to have patience, That it truly is a team effort, an the importance of realizing that everyone is different and you must deal with everyone that way. Coordinating all the many parts of a large event takes much planning. The most enjoyable part of everything is to see it come to fruision

Lots of hours and low pay
CSC was generally a good work experience. The office felt like family and I can genuinely say that I grew to appreciate my team. I'm even still friends with some of them. Our manager was an incredible human being whom i still admire.
The difficult parts were the long hours and low pay. I was in a management position making $30k/year working a minimum of 60 hours during high season. No benefits were offered to me. We didn't even have direct deposit! The corporate office on the west coast seems really disconnected with the needs of the event staff. I probably wouldn't work there again but am really grateful for the friends I made and the experience I got.

Not a good company.
This is not a good company to work for. They’re extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Most of the managers show favoritism between employees. I would not recommend!

I was in charge of making sure my employees didn't need anything during the day. I was supervisor over ushers. made sure everything was ok with customers as well

Worked for Contemporary Services for three years. There were fun times and games treated the job as a family. But worked and dedicated now I' m back.
Worked for Csc for three years and worked all year round. Enjoyed it a lot. The experience of meeting and talking to people were koo. Everything changes through the years. Now I'm ready for more adventures.
ProsManagement was always good and nice had great supervisors.
ConsBad sometimes people got left. Yet they always find out where everyone is located.

Not worth the time
Never really enjoyed working for this company. Promises and expectations were never met and management could care less about its employees. The pay was also extremely horrible for the amount of work that most employees performed.

Not a bad place but the management and supervisors suck they definitely don’t have your back and pray that you are not in a situation and you really need them.

Fun and Productive Company to work for
Csc is a good company to work for full time and Part time/sesonal. They have contracts at different venues in his van to travel with them while meeting diverse customers . It also helps you when learning customer service experience wow securing the building from possible threats of people with weapons
