Real estate development company seeks a highly organized construction superintendent to act as liaison between the job site and the construction project manager. This role requires overseeing the day to day operations of the construction project. You will be responsible for creating weekly objectives, addressing any obstacles that prevent the project from being completed on time, and sharing daily reports with the project manager. Our ideal candidate has exceptional time management skills, is a proficient problem solver, and an excellent communicator. A bachelor’s degree in construction management is preferred.
