Example Construction Manager job summary
An established home building company is seeking an experienced and organized construction manager to oversee construction projects on behalf of the company. You will be in charge of coordinating each construction project from start to finish, including ordering materials, hiring subcontractors and ensuring work is completed on time. Superior organization and time management skills are essential for success in this role, as each project consists of many moving parts. Previous experience in a project management role, preferably in the construction industry is required.
