Duties
The concrete finisher is responsible for the finishing of concrete and paving surfaces. This includes installing, cleaning, inspecting and maintaining all types or materials used in construction work as well providing quality customer service. In addition, the person in this position will be responsible for performing other duties related to building maintenance.
Detailed job duties include:
- Work on concrete finishing projects (either indoors or outdoors).
Qualification
- Must have the ability and willingness for work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to work with concrete finishers (sandblasting).
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as lifting/carrying objects from floor to ceiling or horizontally.
- Work outdoors on uneven surfaces.
