Productive place to work.
No longer in New York State. Was sold to different companies. Unsure how this company is now. Enjoyed working for this company when was working for them.

Little room for advancement
I would have stayed but wages were not competitive at the time based on my qualifications. Great opportunity to learn new skills. A very diverse atmosphere
ProsGreat work atmosphere, employee morale was great
ConsBenefits and compensation not competitive

You’re just a number
Furloughed due to covid and lied to unemployment saying that I quit. Caused unneeded stress and anxiety to my life. Worse work experience I’ve ever had. You are truly just a number!

Good team environment, excellent doctors
Average to good salary, very good teamwork within the staff, friendly doctors, sometimes understaffed, fun environment but very fast paced workday, promotions and advancement can be difficult
ProsGreat co-workers, boss buys lunches several times a month
ConsTypically short staffed for the amount of patients served, upward mobility (to management) is difficult if you're valuable to the center

This was a very demanding place to work
Not a good place to work there is no job security and this company does not care about the employees or their patients. The only thing that they care about is the money. I would never work there again!
Prosnone
ConsThey work you and do not care about employees or their clients.

No sick days, no FFCRA, no paid holidays. Expensive insurance. Miserable environment,
Micro-management! They say they don't in the interview but that's not true at all. I've never been so micromanaged in my career.
You get only accrued PTO, no paid holidays, no sick days. It takes you months to accrue PTO to pay for your holidays so then you can't take a vacation. God forbid you get sick, especially with Covid19. They made it very clear that they have more than 500 employees so they do not have to comply with the FFCRA/Families First Coronavirus Response Act. They are very proud of this.
NO overtime, ever. Minimal room for advancement and small raises, if any.
Do not let them fool you into thinking you get a bonus every quarter, usually we don't meet their goals. This also means no salary increase.. Low pay for the work you do and the money you bring in. They only provide PPO insurance and it's expensive.. Huge turnover there.
CEO only appreciates and is concerned about salaried employees.
ProsStaggered start times, nice co-workers
ConsLow pay, micromanaged, no paid holidays, CEO couldn't care less about you
