Very active and upbeat environment
Good company to work for. Lots of incentives to keep morale up and turnover down. Senior management is always encouraging new ideas and are very approachable.

Fairly new company still finding its way
Okay company to work for, however CCBF has been doing outsourcing so jobs are not always secure. I avoided one lay-off, however my job was eliminated a second time. Communication needs to be improved as I was not aware my job was going to be eliminated.

Poor work place
Too much buddy system with lack of professional leadership. No teamwork nor cohesion. No trust between anyone. Entirely too much backstabbing. Not a good work environment.

Great place to work
Great opportunities to learn new areas of business and grow within the company. Plenty of space to develop and implement new ideas. Sharing happiness is fun.

Good company, just the wrong people on the mamagmemt side
Scheduling was one of their biggest downside. More managers. Need a bigger warehouse. Their were lots and lots and lots of money lost because of dropped pallets in the air, or damaged product.

It was fun working there
I got hired by a temp agency, and it was a wonderful experience, they are very organized we worked hard, I wish it wasn't temporary for the job because I will come back in a heartbeat. I really recommend anyone come and join the Coca-Cola team they will really love their job

I wish we were still CCR
CCR was the best, it was a great job in a team environment. Unfortunately, we became CCBF and the company has done nothing but go down hill. This is why I am searching for a new position.

How are the working hours at Coke Florida?
Asked Jul 30, 2016
If you don’t want to have a life and do nothing but work. It’s Great
Answered Nov 29, 2020
Never. Just come to work anytime. Management doesn't care.

What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Coke Florida?
Asked Aug 24, 2016
Leave expeditiously
Answered Nov 4, 2020
Just dont. It is not worth your time.
Answered Sep 25, 2020
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Coke Florida a better place to work?
Asked Nov 8, 2019
3 shifts incentives better insurance
Answered Oct 28, 2020
Hire managers that have a background in distribution. Pay raises in warehouse to help retain those employees. Improve equipment and make job more efficient. So much wasted downtime for drivers because of horrible scheduling and having to stock shelves at a gas station.
Answered Oct 27, 2020
How often do raises occur at Coke Florida?
Asked Oct 24, 2016
Never. They don’t give raises at CCBF. They give a Cost of Living Adjustment whenever they think it is warranted, which is usually between a .5 and 1.5% increase. You won’t notice it and it is insulting. This is an organization that is run by people with no money and are in way over their head. Just wait for a real organization to absorb them and then apply for a job here. U til that day comes (and it WILL come) it’s just not worth the aggravation.
Answered May 25, 2019
Once a year a "cost of living adjustment" is given. My first year it was 1.5%. They told us they were giving us a raise the next year - .8% (yup... that is less than one percent). The total end of year increase was 2.3%. They claim to offer a performance based incentive program, but for anyone in a truck, it will never happen: the standards they set to be eligible (never mind actually qualify for) are so high that blinking at the wrong time knocks you out. Point is, dont count on a meaningful raise at CCBF.

On average, how many hours do you work a day at Coke Florida?
Asked Nov 19, 2018
45 to 48 hours and it’s depends how self driven and motivated you are
Answered Oct 3, 2020
18-24 hours a day. Even Christmas day. It is like a slave in the 1700s
