The closer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through their work and building good relationships with customers. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You must have experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other software applications.

Duties

The closer is responsible for assisting the manager by providing excellent customer service. This position requires an individual who can work independently, with minimal supervision or on their own initiative to perform tasks that require attention to detail. In addition, this person must be comfortable working outside of normal office hours as well as outdoors during all seasons.

Detailed job duties include:

• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Ensure that the work is completed on time and within budget, including meeting deadlines for each task assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks performed at every job site (eg: attendance logs) with accuracy .
• Monitor daily progress against schedule; monitor performance metrics/reports accordingly.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure quality standards are met while performing their jobs safely.

Qualification

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work with people from different backgrounds
• Performing tasks that may include lifting up 50 pounds without assistance
