great management low wages
CitiTrends was not my favorite place. Our particular store management was phenomenal and that is most likely the only reason I stayed as long as I did. The wages were low for an extremely stressful work environment.

Friendly
Help when you need any help and easy to get along with. Good managers and good sales associates. You will get alot of overtime but you will never get off the time you suppose to get off..

Bad Management and would not consider working for that company again working there was a stepping stone to a better position

Energized environment
I was ask to transfer to a poorly managed store however, Staffing was an issue because the compensation was so low. And as one of the 2 managers in the store I often did not get a lunch break.

Very up beat work place
Well,
Crazy! but life changing. I have learned alot from dealing with unhappy customers. I mean sometimes there is on reasoning. Management is good when it comes to trying to help that unhappy customer. Co-workers keep you smiling and that helpes you get through the day. Working on the holidays. Most enjoyable part of the job was working with young happy adults.

Very busy workplace
I learned quite a bit from working here with a lot to explain. My co-workers for the most part were great we had a few bad apples though who doesn't. I mostly enjoyed the interaction with the people and being able to help them find what they were looking for, I have a thing for making people happy and that job was perfect for me. That really is a typical day no two days were ever the same.
Prosgood location, great workers, great manager, i love fashion and retail in general, meeting new people and being able to satisfy customers.
