You do not want to work for this company!
I felt extremely isolated and judged by my associates. My manager never even bothered to train me. I had to learn everything on my own. I was scheduled to work the worst hours. Even though i worked hard and did a good job, I was given no,recognition and just treated pretty badly. I was very miserable working for charming charlie.

The opportunity to work for a company that started off small and has now surpassed a lot of expectations was great. Being around all the merchandise and fashion was a major plus.

Productive and fun workplace.
A typical day of work consists of greeting customers, making sure all their needs are met. Being a cashier and giving excellent customer service. I have learned how to be a better customer service representative and how to help each person individually and give you undivided attention to every person you encounter. We have a great management staff, four managers to be exact. My co-workers are a fun young group of girls who know how to have fun but get work done at the same time. The hardest part of my job is knowing how to calm any upset customers when they are hard to please. I would have to say that the most enjoyable part of my job is getting to interact with different people every day and being able to help people while putting a smile on their face.

It’s cute
It’s alot of fun if you enjoy dressing yourself and other in costume jewelry but they don’t pay very well and the managers are very caddy to the non favorite employees

A great place to work before closing
At charming Charlie’s I felt very supported and had the best training to have the best knowledge of all the store functions. We were all very sad wen the store had to close.

Great experience, great people, great environment, great everything.
Loved organizing the store, looking nice and neat. Loved working there, got along with everyone very nicely. They liked me for my vibes, how I came off as a person, how honest and organized I am.

nice place to work at. the schedule is fixed around the school schedule. very practical. they are very strict about what to wear to work and how to best represent the brand.
