Overall Reviews at Cedars-Sinai

Bad work place
This company runs like a factory and they micro manage you. Management is in your face all the time. They support violent employees and don't do anything about it.

Great place to work for.
Cedars is, a great place to work for, and i would still be their if it wasn't so far away. The drive was just too long for me.
They pay great and truly try to work with you when it comes to your schedule and going to school. They encourage you to further your education.

Great place to work
Loved working for patients and helping in any way I can. I was there almost 4 years. I became a Lead in my office and also trained the other staff

Lack of accountability and followthrough
Prefers to use scapegoats instead of addressing issues head on. Not transparent or inclusive, very much in clique. Would not recommend this employer

Great Place to Work
typical work day is managing daily operations for department of Neurosciences (Psychiatry, Neurology, Neuro-oncology, Neurosurgery, Pituitary and Pain Center). My primary responsibility is to make sure the work process flows smoothly and daily operations within the office and clinic areas are operational, functional and efficiently operating for families, patients and staff.
I have learned that each day is full of challenges and I welcome each and every day for the opportunity to address those challenges for growth.
During my management years, I have learned from my mentors new views on managing skills and technics of addressing operational difficulties, staff shortages and employees diverse personalities.
The most hardest part of my job is knowing when to go home. I love my work and find it very difficult to log off my computer and go home.
The most enjoyable part of my work is see my patients, families and staff satisfied with their service and the comfort of the environment our office provides.

Good if there were change in executive management
A change in executive management is necessary at this organization where, otherwise, rank-and-file employees are quite awesome.
