Met a lot of great people
Working at Carrabba's was actually a great experience. I was there for about 3 years and started as a server and rose up to become a bartender/key. I had a lot of fun and met a lot of great people along the way. Management was typical, and some managers sucked, but they didn't last very long. I would work for the company again :)

Favorite place to eat drink and be with friends
Carrabbas has changed my life. I started out as a server. When I initially joined the staff I immediately felt like I was joining a family. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Management cared about me as an indivivdual and I admired them for that. I have had some rough times in my life that management took into their own hands to help me trumendously. I have made good relationships with the clientelle. As my love for the job increased so did my position. Being the natural born leader that I am, I asked my manger if there was an oppurtunity for upward advancement. He took my request seriously and made me a Key Manager. He trust me enough to manage the front of his restaraunt. I am grateful and very well respected in the work place. I don't find my job difficult at all. There is an occasional guest who is not happy but I use good judgment to satify their needs. Working at Carrabbas has made me a great leader while making me humble. I have great relationships with the people who love to enjoy great food, service and conversation when they come to visit us. Great hospitality is my goal. I love being able to give not for the sake of recieving but for the sake of making someone happy. Ultimately, I recieve the most joy out of it!

The management was good. Everyone seemed to care for the employees most of the time. They gave the employees time off when asked. Everyone got along.
