Managment Sucks, Travel Department Sucks and no one answers to anyone, so if you have a problem with management you will probably be black balled or wrote off as a problem.

Very sad place ive every worked for
I work for them for 9 months and they had new management come in and change up things started giving me only one truck a night had and then would send me home afterwards.wasting my gas to drive 15 to work and do only one truck tryed getting hold of corporate left emails and voice message and they never returned them.i say sad place and you have to be one of the favorite to make some real money.
I was a great job help me get a lot of experience that helped me in life until this day.i learned how to be a great work and a great supervisor and a great team employee
I left Capstone because they are being sold out and the plant is being shut down. Capstone was a great employer with many benefits and teaching opportunities unfortunately the company they recruit for is going out of business.
I had the opportunity to advance from an unloader to trainer and lead. I worked with a group of 90 co-workers and was production lead of 32 associates. I maintained compliance through OSHA regulations. I participated in weekly management meeting to improve overall increase of production.
Working here was good, but a lot of employee mistreatment and bad managing caused downhill.

I have been a very solid employee here at Capstone for over two years. I have done order selecting, unloading, cherry picking, transporting and coaching/training. Working here is honestly not that hard once you get used to it and familiarize yourself with patterns, except for the fact that the partnered company would treat you as if you're inferior and Capstone's management is usually very bad. There is a huge turnover rate simply because the pay is not worth the work a majority of the time. The job is usually Monday-Friday with some overtime on Saturday, but the only downside is the huge flip-flops and last minute change-ups on whether or not you have to come in. Sometimes you won't even find out you have work on mandatory OT on Saturday until the end of the shift Friday.
Working at Capstone you get paid a base rate (minimum wage) + incentive for being more productive. You will never make less than the base rate but can make good money here off the incentives (but not that good). Home Depot plays a lot of favoritism and often tries to give their own employees (who don't get incentives) good orders to pick while leaving a lot of clean-up/bad tags for Capstone. A lot of wave jumpers or cheaters using the computer to do ONLY doing good orders and skipping around bad orders for everyone else to do. Some Home Depot employees
ProsM-F job with good hours, coworkers are cool, weekly pay.
Consmanager is awful, partnered company treats you badly, last minute mandatory OT, no holiday pay.
I loved it it was different. I met sombody new everyday from truck drivers to Farmers. I was thought how to handle paper work and pay checks. The staff tbere are amazing.

difficult company to work for. more focused on working people morre houres with lower pay then fairness and pay. manegers not reporting acidentes and making it hard do youre jobb.

Hate it working with liars and lazy people. You go in at 6 and you don't know what time you are getting off. The supervisor leaves way before his employees do which I didn't know they can do all other jobs I worked at the supervisor stayed and didn't leave until the employees are finished with there job. Supervisor also show favoritism to certain employees and let them come in when they want and leave when they want they mess up loads and the supervisor make excuses for them while others will get written up and suspended or fired. This place is a joke.

The site manager has his favorites. Most often someone that has just been hired...(think about it)..normally doesn't last long but creates envy and distrust for people who have been there a few years. Payroll is a serious mess here. When payroll mistakes are made they ask you not to mention it. They make it up to you by giving you gift cards and putting time on something else. You never get all the money owed to you.

They didnt drug test me when i got hired. But if you make the slightest wrong move on equipment they will drug test you.
