Positive and Fun Environment
California pizza kitchen has been my favorite job so far. I have felt nothing but positivity, helpfulness, and support from this community. It is a very busy and high stress location however I feel that it has given me an extreme amount of experience in this type of environment. We are held to high standards that only make us that much better of workers, and a happy place to work reflects how easy it is to give good customer service .

good till company got solded
was great until the company was sold. Then all the people making a decent living were fired or ran off. This included regional managers, managers, bartenders, and cooks. All were replaced with sub standard people that got paid far less than what was a fair rate

A fast paced enviroment with potential to make good money
Fun place to work with guest from all over the world to get to know. Co-workers that help you whenever they can. Hardest part about the job is the sidework which isn't hard all and the easiest part about the job is talking to all the cool people from all over.

One of the best companies to work for
Everyday at work was filled with joy and energy from guest as well as staff there is nothing like working with people who are passionate about what they do and how its done best the hardest things to go through was to tell your guest that they took your as well their favorite item off the menu. other then that some of my favorite times were spent with the CPK family

great people to work with low compinsation
The people I have worked with are amazing. You always want to work w great team and I was able to work with many. The hours were not bad but compensation and bonus structure kept changing and made very hard to impossible to achieve, base wadge is lower then industry average.

stressfull environnement
one nationality seems to take over another by bulliying them , people are resigning almost every month because of the bad treatment in the restaurant. Which make the job difficult

Its a nice place to work.
To work with this company seems to be reasonable to me because staff under my supervision is very good and helpful. Environment of workplace is also very good.
