It sucked working here
They lie to employees from day one about pay rate.They pay rate is like a carrot being dangled in front of a horse to make him keep running.You have to go thru a gate and medal detector to go in to work and to leave.The time clocks are about a mile away from your car so you have to get there more early than one would normally at a job.They Latinos here get specials treatment.

Fun Place
Minus a couple of bad fellow workers, this was overall a great place to work. Health Benefits is what made me leave, they could offer much better plans for such a large company.

Lack of proper training and transparency
Limited training and favoritism towards workers that have the same political interest. Politics plays a major role in who advances in the ranks. Inequality towards co-workers that have different opinions public politics.

The culture of the company is to provide the customer a great service at the lowest cost possible. Therefore you will be challenged to reduce cost at every opportunity and increase the profits at the same time.
If you are exempt employee, 50+ hours weeks are the expectation,so be ready.

Horrible Experience
From the onboarding experience to actual work was a disaster. HR policies are not followed and accountability from the VP level down was non-existent. HR was never helpful and the organization of information and resources was scattered at best.
