Burger King review
This was the absolute hardest, most stressful job that I have ever had to endure. The Covid regulations are an absolute joke which they do not take seriously one bit. The manager of the locations in NorCal is incredibly negligent and unsanitary. The ONLY good thing about this job was the free food but I am a vegetarian so that included fries and drinks.
ProsFree lunches
ConsEverything else

Ready to accomplish more.
As an Employee at Burger King, I have learned many valuable lessons. One being, How important it is to be a team.
Due to COVID-19, we didn’t have an AGM. And for quite some time, it felt as if our crew was underwater trying to reach for the surface, some not making it and some who have reached it just like me.
Now we have a AGM, who is phenomenal at their job and helps us all keep afloat.
ProsI’ve accomplished so much as a person.
ConsI am being held back from my true potential.

Easy place to work
Fantastic Manager and easy to work with, good at training, give me the flexibility of the hours I need and is very respectful to the employees. Hectic and fast paced, but that is to be expected in the fat food industry. Pay could be better and I do not know about raises,,,when they come or what kind of percentage Not something you want to do for a career unless you want to go into the business. It is a good place for a part time job and I would recommend it.
ProsFlexible schedule, great people to work with.
ConsStarting pay is below minimum, but can change quickly

It was average. Not terrible but also not the best.
It was pretty nice to work at. The other employees were very friendly and helpful. The managers were also good at there jobs and keeping everyone on task. We could get understaffed and over worked easily if someone mestate up the schedule though that rarely happened.

A Fast Food Chain
Hard working managers, a competitive work environment, and a great way to learn to work at a quick pace. Required advanced customer service skills which i was happily able to provide, originally understaffed but now fully functional

Stressful environment. Not good management
Need a change in environment and better paying job. Not good management and staff. Did not get breaks after working 8+ hours a day. Management did not care about crew members.

Working for Burger King was ok
Working for Burger King was wonderful to work for at first until they put me on a different shift. The manger that I work for on evening shift was not a person to work for. She always had an attitude problem

Overall, not my favorite
I loved the managers and my co-workers, but it's a difficult job, especially in an older store where everything is falling apart and breaking, also when the majority of customers are druggies and make you feel uncomfortable in your work environment

I had a very supportive boss
Fast food is draining. There were things I enjoyed like my staff and co-workers, but when the new owners came in their standards were not realistic for our area. They made promises that they never kept. High turnover not worth it to continue employment there.
