fun workplace
I enjoy work here because it is a friendly place. The residents are nice and friendly. They have great stories to tell and everyone greet new residents and workers.

Traveled always somewhere new
Enjoyed doing it but tough on the family after awhile, hard not to be able to go home every night in my position. Good company but in this industry you should not get involved if you are not for the residents
Prosmeet lots of people
Consdont get to go home

Productive and happy place to work for
I've been working there for just two weeks, I already learn a lot from them. They teach you immediately what you need to know to be successful in the working place.

Fun place to work
I have worked here for a short time. It has been very interesting because I worked for them in two different states and it was different from state to state. my co workers have been a plus and has made the job a fun place to work in both states. Only time will tell but so far so good.

Not a friendly work place. Over worked and management definitely not on your side. Enjoyable were the residents, they make it all worth it!
Do not work for this company. Overworked and under paid. All corporate worries about is money. It's all about money. Patients do not get the proper care. Expected to stay after your shift because of staff shortages. Not prepared when covid hit.

Brookdale not a good place to work
Love my residents and few good managers, very rewarding job, easy to give love and take back satisfaction but always short staff and they just cut our hours

compassion and care
Assist the residents with bath, dress, and be ready for their daily activities. set the dinning room for their meals of the day, help those who need to be fed. pull up their laundry and make sure their rooms are tide and clean.
In this job i learned a lot of compassion and patience.
our workplace culture we always work together as a team.
The must enjoyable part is that gratitude you can feel in your resident after you provide him/ her a good.

Fun workplace
Worked hard and not appropriated. If the kitchen is short staff you have to work it in there and that can be overwhelming at times. The really bad thing was they had patients the shouldn't be in Assited Living but long term care facilities. They weren't equipped with the needs of the Patient
ProsEasy work
ConsAlways short

Good company
Company has been struggling lately with quarterly earnings, but seems to be turning the corner slowly. The right leadership seems to be in place. When a company struggles, tension is high. But overall, a good place to work.

Some Regional people are awful
Loved the company hated the regional staff that had Eugene area in 2014-2015 they crated you to have PTSD the rest of your working career. Took them long enough to fire those people .
ProsLiked the company
ConsIt was poor example of work life balance
