Great place to gain experience dealing with customers
I enjoyed working at Boost. In this part-time position, I learned how to communicate with customers and help them solve problems. I also managed an Excel spreadsheet daily that kept track of transactions.

Typical day at work would be coming in checking in and getting ready for constumers to come in pay their bills, buy phones etc.
I learned how to learn what I have to do faster, and pay careful attention to what I do at work as far as counting money and products. My manager was a great manager, he was very nice and understanding when I had emergencies. Did not have a co-worker. Hardest part of a job was dealing with the type of costumer that was over the topoo rude, but it was part of the job, the costumer is always first. Enjoyable part of the job was that costumers knew me after going month after month to pay their bills, so it was a good day when I got to see them come back and be satisfied with the costumer service that we had at the store.

Great experience at Boost Mobile.
I started as a retail sales rep. Selling cell phones. Managing their accounts and at times doing technical work. Giving great costumer care is something I love to do. Making sure everyone left happy and satisfied. Ended up leaving as manager.
