Pizzzzzza
Who doesn't love pizza. Especially the kind that's all for you unlimited tops and cheese. If management took it seriously it would be a great opportunity for young people.

Great place to work for students and young adults
Not a bad place to work for a younger crowd when I started my aim was higher but as it was a new franchise location things were unorganized and complicated but overall wasn't a bad work experience great company and nice employees.

Blaze is great overall
You can work as many hrs as you'd like and its super easy. I regret leaving this place because it was literally the coolest job ever. The hardest part would be dinning, its not hard, just boring.
ProsThe hrs, the workers and the job itself
ConsSometimes the bitter guests

Decent Job, Good Coworkers
The location can get pretty busy but the staff is great and it can be enjoyable to get through the rushes when everyone works together as a team. The scheduling is pretty flexible.

When I first started working at Blaze, it was awesome. But then it went downhill QUICK.
Management have very POOR communication. They lack professionalism and empathy. Working at blaze drains EVERYBODY out. When I first started working at Blaze, it was AWESOME. I was having fun until management started to change and their lack of empathy for employees, lack of communication, as well as managers being disrespectful, it became an environment that made me as well as other co-workers very depressed to even want to come to work.
ProsDiscounts, free drinks, can be fun if your co-workers are cool
ConsLack of communication from managers, co-workers coming in drunk, personal items getting stolen from co-workers/managers, DRAMA

Experience as an employee
The employees are all hard workers under the management of people who don't know how to manage. Therefore, service becomes bad when it doesn't need to be. It could be a great store if it had the management that it needs.
Prosdiscounted pizza

Fun work place
Only thing I thought could be better about this internship was the structure. A lot of our tasks didn't seem to thought out prior. One thing I did like about the internship was the hands on experience I got with some of the applications and marketing tools.

Avoid it.
Always understaffed. The GMs arent the problem, it's the people above them. They never have a positive thing to say about anything, but they can sure point out every single thing you have done wrong and hold it over you forever. Getting a raise is all but impossible unless they are making you a manager, and that only happens if they are desperate

Flexible for students, that's about it
A typical work day was long and sometimes never ending depending on the day and time. Sometimes business would be crazy booming. Management was next to horrible! When I first started things were awesome, culture was great and management was better. Now, its like a washed out kind of environment. It wasn't fun anymore because upper management sucked at their jobs so it trickled down. One of the hardest things was being overworked and underpaid. I mean putting in long hours before the store would open and well after it would close. You get no thanks or appreciation, just complaints about everything else wrong in the store. Also, there was really no room for growth. They'd rather bring outside people on the team before promoting the great workers. Only thing I enjoyed were some of the relationships I established. Definitely don't recommend to anyone who isn't in college that needs to make a living!!
Prosflexible scheduling
Consno breaks, no benefits, low pay, terrible management, no discipline
