Decent job
Very good job just got some downers to Bitesquad because they don't give any health benefits or any kind of paid vacation. Working the hours that i have was very risky when it came to my everyday living and very hard on my car for the most part.
The job can be fun and there can be some very up sides to the job however it could really improve in some areas..
The pay also varied.
Prosgreat management, not so great on our cars and checks didnt add up with our pay
ConsMileage, gas, high traffic hours. no health benefits or paid vacation

Great place to be a delivery driver not so great in management
Work you 12-15 hours a day and belittle you constantly. No set days off. Hard company to feel appreciated. You mostly work for the numbers and get only "praise" when it makes everyone look good and admonished for everything else.

Very productive, challenging environment.
The work place culture is amazing you meet and learn a lot about other people the way they live, work, and to have fun. A typical day at work is greeting my co-workers and managers getting started with outgoing and incoming calls trying to partner up with all the restaurant possible. The hardest part is when we are not able to close up a sales, and the easiest is explaining how do we work under what commission and percentage.

Driver (Independent Contractor) |

A good job to make extra money.
I would not advise someone to make this their full time profession as once you factor in the wear and tear on your vehicle you are making less than $10 an hour on average. If you live in town, own a vehicle you do not mind destroying and only looking for a side gig it's not bad.
Dispatch, at least in my area, is unreliable. They will send you on orders where the restaurant is 30 minutes away but want them picked up in five minutes. They have their drivers crisscrossing the area instead of assigning the driver in a time efficient manner.

meh
Work was mundane and easy with no real challenges unless you're completely incompent. Actually, finding parking downtown was always a challenge until you learn the spots and the meter maid routes/times, then it became very easy. Easy job if you don't mind putting 20,000 miles a year on your car.

I was a delivery driver I used to pick up food from the restaurant and deliver to people's doors and also help when the food was wrong I would go back to the restaurant. It was fun pick my time to work.

Chill and relaxed
Good starter or In between job, listen to music or audiobooks while you drive. The other drivers are friendly as well as the management is on point and helpful. Dispatch helps a lot with any and all problems that are brought up. Recommend trying it out but overall good place to work at

Delivery driver run into the ground
Once the company was sold to WaitR, the delivery driver jobs were re-qualified as contractors. During the transition, we were kept in the dark about what the actual pay was and then the orders pretty much dried up. I was layed off when we became contractors. Sad to see - Bite Squad driving jobs were probably the best in the industry for it's time.
ProsFlextime, changing environment
ConsCompany changed job, no communication, no respect.

Hopefully you will grow in 2 years within the company.
They only good thing this place has is that " they " can play music.
This is the place with the worse infrastructure I've ever been. Rarely both elevators are working. There is only one bathroom per floor and you must wait in the queue and take a small key from the hand of another (not sanitary at all). There are two improvised kitchens, so small and with capacity for 4 people, one of them with no microwave. You can have a coffee, but you must wash the cup by yourself and there is not even a proper sink.
If you are there during an earthquake, it will be a nightmare: all the people in the building will be concentrated at the stairs, so strech, with no good illumination and waiting for them to fall.
The superiors don't really care about you, you will have the same exhausting schedule, spending the whole day in that hole. You may have 2 days off, they don't worth it in the middle of the week. From the beginning, you will be promised $13 000, but you won't see more than $10 000 total in your bank account. It does not worth it at all.
They say they are a serious company, but from the way the policies treat the customer, you can have an idea of what type of company this is.
ProsThey play music
ConsLies concerning salary, there is no team work, awful infrastructure
