ED, Life Guidance, Activities Director and RSD are wonderful
Full time work is offered along with opportunities for overtime and holiday pay. The current Memory Care Director is fantastic and the ED is as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful, hardworking individuals. The residents are wonderful as well!
ProsConsistent work, holiday pay, fantastic coworkers
ConsPay is not exactly what you would hope for

Co-workers were pleasant.
At first the job was good and later the environment changed and I feel the resident's were shortchanged for the amount of money they were paying.
I enjoyed the resident's.

ATRIA is a beautiful place too work, sometimes a bit stressful.
working for atria allowed alot of room for advancement, its a great place to work but with any job it also came with alot of stress at times, managers mean well but often are to busy to even talk or discuss an issue. Also short staffed often, if your looking for a place where you will get 40 plus hrs Atria is for you

RSA are supportive of each other
ED & sales take in anyone. It's a social AL facility. Minimum staff and low wages. Boring games for residents to play. Terrible food. Nice residents and very helpful to Residential Staff Assistants
ProsFriendly Residents
ConsLow wages, Terrble upper management, Terrible food

Rewarding place to work
A typical day at Atria consists of assisting our resident's with ADL's and ensuring they stay engaged and as independent as possible.
I have learned the that you can't judge a book by its cover, no matter what your age is everyone has a past, your life was and still is important. Our lives matter....
The hardest part of my job is watching someone's health decline and having to say goodbye.
When a resident smiles at you and thanks you for helping, that is your instant reward.
When a simple tender touch can mean so much.
Prosyou received one free meal per shift

Family oriented Assisted Living Community
Very pleasant work environment. Great company to work for. This particular Assisted Living Community has a family oriented mentally. They work hard and play hard together. Great moral and dedication for the Community, residents, staff, and family members.
