Management took care of the people that backed them, only looking for loyalty to themselves, not the company or work provided.
the basis for management was numbers, not people.
the management at Arvato did not care about their people, so the company lost the great people and work ethic.

My most recent role as Senior Customer Service Representative includes maximising customer engagement through our phone and email support channels as well as all the available Social Media platforms – Facebook, Twitter , Live Chat and Forums. I have had a passion for customer service for many years and enjoy using a combination of every form of available communication media to engage and support my customers.
Since Nov 2010, I have worked at one of the largest Contact centres in the uK, Arvato UK - across two major accounts - Gumtree & Land Rover on their customer support,administration and account management teams. I enjoy working in busy target driven environments that are committed to delivering the highest levels of customer service and account management day on day, week on week. I have been very successful in my current role due to my ability to work under pressure and thrive in situations that require quick thinking and adaptability.
I also have demonstrable administrative experience across a number of CRM, SAS and Moderation systems. My most recent experiences include Salesforce, Zendesk and the Single View system.I also enjoy combining CRM reporting with my knowledge of Excel to track and enhance productivity.
I have been very successful in role over the past 20 months but I am now looking for a role that will challenge and excite me more than my current one with the promise of financial rewards upon meeting/exceeding targets.

Tenia mi espacio personal para trabajar
Al principio cuando trabaje para Mexico,entraba casi al horario del medio dia y salia alrededor de las 17:00 con francos Martes y Miercoles. Seleccionaron a los mejores operadores y nos pasaron al sector de servicio tecnico de XBOX para España,dos tipos de culturas y personalidades diferentes. Ahi comence a entrar a las 6:00 y salia las 12:30.
Me gustaba mucho el trato con la gente de otros paises y poder darles una resolucion a los problemas que se les presentaban. Sobretodo me gusta mi forma de maneja a un cliente enojado,lograba con mi voz,

Fun workplaces
Awesome company that cares about you. Benefits are very worthy. I would have worked for less money just to keep the benefits. However, with any company you are working with personalities so that can be challenging. It's how you handle it that matters. I got along with everyone even those that wasn't in my department

Great job
The only issue I had was the shift bids. They can work with you BUT it's still stressful if you say have a family with kids in school. In order to get your shift bid you have to make very good scores on your calls and seasoned employees always get what they want.

No lo recomiendo,te dicen que trabajas cinco dias y libras dos eso es mentira puedes trabajar hasta 10 dias seguidos y siempre libras en lunes y martes nunca sabados ni domingos.solo te tienen para las rebajas de ropa

buen ambiente de trabajo, pésimo en prestaciones, sueldo y promociones.
.el trabajo era normal, no tiene nada de especial por ese lado el problema es la adminsitracion, es outsourcing... esto significa que no tienes prestaciones y practicamente pueden hacer contigo lo que ellos quieran, facilmente pueden despedirte sin temor a repercusiones de la ley, el proceso de seleccion para tener una planta en la compañia es por seleccion "al dedazo", simulando un proceso democratico que no tiene nada de transparente, en general si eres de influencias y un lambizcon este lugar es para ti.
Pros.trabajo en oficina agradable, puedes socializar facilmente
Consolvidate de prestaciones y un buen sueldo.

It was a pretty much fair company from the begining until the end overall.
The HR was not all the time aware of couple of things what they should have known eg. life insurrance included in our job add, however we have never heard anything back after that we have asked about this option several times.

This was one of the better places I worked for. Work wasn't too hard. Management was generally good, though there is always low points. Would recommend.

Con mas de 6 años de trabajo en ésta empresa puedo indicar que lo unico bueno de ésta empresa es el ambiente de trabajo.
Nula comunicación con los superiores, contratos basura ( casi siempre por ett) . Nula estabilidad y peores condiciones economicas
