It was a decent place to work while my kids where in school
It was a decent place to work while my kids were in school. It can probably only be considered as additional income. I do not see how any real bills could be paid with this company.
ProsWork from home
ConsNo management support

Toxic place to work if you don't know someone higher up within the program you're working
Management plays favoritism when it comes to hours and promotions. The most qualified person doesn't always seem to get the promotion. We are asked to do a lot of work but the compensation doesn't match the work load.

Flexibility is only a plus if you can earn an adequate income.
I have worked for Arise for over ten years for two different clients. The at-home work has been convenient for me while raising children and pursuing other goals. The pay is low but not unreasonable for the entry-level positions they offer. The compensation would be adequate if incentives were actually attainable. The hardest part of the job is actually getting hours to work. They are hiring way more agents than the clients have hours available to work. The most enjoyable part of the job is helping customers/guests solve problems and feel valued.
Prosflexible scheduling; at-home work
Conslimited hours/limited income; unreachable metrics

Telecommuter Position
Each day I worked a schedule that I set for myself receiving inbound roadside assistance calls. My position served multiple clients based on the customers program.

Great if you like to work from home
Very flexible, no need to worry about dressing up and fighting traffic. Flexible hours. Allow you to make your own schedule. Save on gas and purchasing work attire. Pay rate could be better. It would be nice if they had paid training, or free certification class.
ProsSave on gas
ConsNot enough hours to work depending on client

Technical/ Customer Support
Answered inbound calls. Provided technical support. Able to control my own work environment. Interacted with other co-workers via instant message chat system. The hardest pat of the job was not being able to reach out to someone in times of need. The best part of the job was being able to set my own work hours
ProsMake my own schedule
Consnot enough hours available

Convenient work from home experience
It's a work from home experience with many different clients. So I build my schedule around what I need and apply for the clients I think I best fit with. What you learn and job difficulty differs between every client/ job. The experience really is what you make it.

Don’t work for Arise
They are racist, don’t care about employees treat people like farm animals and no respect. They don’t pay you for time worked and deny you worked and o proof you worked
