Good job security but poor management
Good job security but the relationship with low level managers and the union created conflict.

Warehouse worker
I loved working for the company. The experience was excellent. I wished that the assignment would have lasted longer. The co worker was great as well as the supervisor

Big corporate environment
Lots going on - fast paced, union environment. Never know when corporate office may start making decisions that change the way things are done. Good benefits initially.

What was once an American dream employer is now sadly 'average'
All good things must come to an end, and working at AB is now no different from any 'dismantled' American Icon
Now on par with 'Walmart' for benefits all for the 'financial windfall' of the shareholders
What makes good business sense on paper doesn't usually lead to the success of the people that makes the business 'go round'
ProsThey still use the 'Anheuser-Busch' name
ConsIt's no longer an 'American' company

Hardest Part Of The Job
Dealing with the truck drivers, especially when they are out of hours, or have been here for a long period of time.
There's also a language barrier, with the languages of French, Russian, and Spanish.

Great place to work
Great place to work. A place which every one is willing to work in. The pay is not actually encouraging, but may get better with time. Good bar, good PPE and good safety laws
