Beware of this company
Pay is ok. They claim to care about employees but it is stressful. Company puts pressure on you to sell and meet goals. Computer system is bad. Make no mistake they only care about the company making money not you. They monitor everything you do. If you like that then AAA is for you. If not beware and do not apply. Management/Supervisors are horrible.
ProsNot bad pay.
ConsStressful, Management/supervisor show no respect if struggling, pressure to meet goals, always being monitored.

Unsustainable
You are basically on your own at this company. If there is an issue all you can do is report it to an upper department. Management disappears often. They ding you for everything and wont with you on attendance when they know this job sucks. They shuffle people in and out of this job frequently. The people you start with drop like flies. And its hard to see a familiar face
Pros$14 an hour

Aaa has lost their focus
Aaa is trying to do too much and they have strayed so far from what they do or did best, which was roadside assistance. Now they dont even do that well. That company only cares about the money it makes but they don’t really care much about their customers. The customers are always mad because of insurance rates that climb with every renewal, getting conflicting information when they call and they can mistreat the employees as much as they want and if you react at all, you get fired. The calls are back to back every day. The pay is low. The managers are lazy and dont really have a lot of responsibility. The training staff haven’t actually done insurance in a lot of years so the training sucks. They lie to people to get them to work there. Everything they say changes once you start. And they keep your first two paychecks.
ProsOvertime if you want it, vacation days start after 90 days
ConsBack to back calls, impossible metrics, no support

Pretty good company to work for.
The company is a good place to work. Management cares about your success and will work with you. There are opportunities for advancement and bonuses every month.

If you're rude, dishonest, have no heart or any kind of life to speak of, then this is the perfect job for you.
This office is riddled with dishonesty, the majority of the department I workED for are extremely rude and mistreat both their dispatchers and their drivers. They have no concept of efficiency, safety, or customer satisfaction. If you are not one of their friends or relatives, have any morals,an oz of intelligence, or any true compassion for people, this isn't the place for you... this is a place that punishes professionalism and common courtesy and rewards employees for unethical behavior, bad attitudes and regularly being late. They are also paying bottom dollar wages for that type of position compared to most of the dispatching jobs I've been seeing..... and don't make the mistake I did and get 15 minutes of overtime. They'll write you up for that.
The one thing that made my job there tolerable were the drivers and a couple Lead Dispatchers from contracted companies we gave work to. They were very supportive, they cared about the people they transported and I enjoyed working with them.
Prosyou could wear pretty much anything you want to work there.

Growth Potential
Great job face paced but can obtain great skills to utilize within the company. Great benefits and paid holidays. Very easy to move around within the company

Stable Employment
Stable employment, bonus programs available for productivity. Full benefits. Driving truck to member service calls and help get them back on the road. They may need a tow, tire changed, or new battery. Can be working in bad weather (hot summer, cold wet winter) and unsafe road conditions. Need motor vehicle technical skills to diagnose vehicle issues.

Good place to work with many job opportunities
This is a good place to work. Good benefits, good advancement opportunities if you want to relocate, lots of hands on experience, good co-workers. The hardest part is the buy in from the aaa service providers. The most enjoyable is the people you meet and the travel.
