This position requires a Tier 1 (T1) investigation with Childcare Checks since its duties require interaction with children and youth under the age of eighteen (18) years of age.

Qualifications
Teacher (Substitute) - Level - 1: Applicants who hold a valid - unexpired teaching certificate and have a Bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university will be appointed as a Teacher (Substitute) - Level 1.
Teacher (Substitute) - Level - 2: Applicants who hold a Bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university will be appointed as a Teacher (Substitute) - Level 2.
Teacher (Substitute) - Level - 3: Applicants who have 60 semester hours or hold an Associate's degree from a regionally accredited college or university will be appointed as a Teacher (Substitute) - Level 3.
Education
To qualify based on education, you must submit a legible photocopy of official transcripts from an accredited institution with your name, school name, credit hours, course level, major(s), and gradepoint average or class ranking.
Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet qualification requirements, you must show that your education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
