If you’ve ever wanted to join a hyper-growth company as the first marketing analyst, this is a role worth exploring. In this role, you will curate purpose-built data sets from our data warehouse to answer business questions, measure results, and empower our marketing, sales, and customer success to do the same. We’ll look to you to do research and deliver suggestions and observations based on analysis and trends that can improve the various programs across the marketing team. All of this adds up to an impactful role that will improve multiple programs across the marketing team.

You will help track and communicate the performance of the team by building and managing our Marketing executive and board dashboards and reporting.
You will help optimize campaigns and marketing programs from the analysis you do.
You will help connect the dots from the infrastructure being built to insights to drive business value.
You will provide meaningful information to our planning process to help define what needs to happen to hit our goals and targets.
You will create and curate data sources.
You will help identify opportunities to spend more or alert us when we’re spending too much through budget analysis.
Train and educate marketers and people across the company on how to get value out of the data and tools we create.
Help manage our instance of Tableau. About you
We are looking for someone who is able to help us through the early stages of becoming a data-driven company.
Action-oriented: You can identify opportunities and act on them.
This is a tough one for analysts but not letting perfect get in the way of driving impact. There is a lot of value that analysis and data tools can drive before they’re perfect, especially when presented with the appropriate context.
Help us learn! You get energized about teaching people how to access and use data.
You are open to collaborating outside of your direct job responsibilities as you’ll be one of the first dedicated analysts at the company.
